武里南联阿玛瑞酒店

我们开车进城观看武里南队与雪兰莪队的Shopee杯决赛，并入住阿玛瑞酒店。酒店员工非常热情友好，彬彬有礼，乐于助人。我们的房间宽敞舒适，房间和浴室的品质都堪称一流。赛后我们在酒店餐厅享用了美味的晚餐，第二天早上又享用了丰盛的早餐。酒店位置极佳，步行即可到达足球场和赛马场。

这大概是我第五次或第六次入住阿玛瑞酒店了。房间似乎重新装修过。唯一的缺点是空调不太给力，但我从未失望过。员工热情友好，总是面带微笑，客房服务人员也很棒——既亲切又乐于助人。一切都很完美。谢谢，下次我肯定还会选择这里。这次入住正值泼水节期间，所以有点吵，但我能理解，因为我的房间就在体育场旁边，当时正在举办活动。 至于游泳池，他们应该多种些树，因为天气很热，而且座位也不多。总的来说，其他方面都很棒。

ห้องพักดีมาก เป็นแบบที่ตามหา คือมีพัดลมในห้องนอน!!!!!! ใช่!!!มีพัดลมในห้องนอน มีหมอนให้เลือกทุกความนุ่ม เป็นอะไรที่ใช่ที่สุดเลย และเตียงนอนดีมากกกกก ที่นอนนุ่ม นอนสบาย ผ้าปูที่นอนคือใช่ที่สุด พนักงานต้อนรับ น่ารักที่สุด บริการดีมาก นอนแล้วไม่ระคายผิว

Let me start with good things first. I’m staying there every year and have really nothing to complain about: rooms are comfortable and close proximity to the stadium beats everything for me. Also, restaurant staff are great, waiters and waitresses are nice and the chef is friendly. Last time though I had to spend an hour before being able to order food to the room. I arrived at around at 7pm after a long ride and was quite hungry. The BU staff had dinner at the restaurant so I decided to give in-room dining a try. Normally hotels try to make it a brain-free process, either by having a menu QR somewhere in a room (a booklet/TV) or by providing it via an app. Here it was very different. No QRs printed anywhere (except the app QR), the TV was turned off and after turning it on it showed a home page with TV channels. Nothing in the app as well, just general information about the restaurant. But I’ve noticed that the app has a “pair to room” functionality, which I assumed, might enable advanced features, but it required a code which can be obtained at the reception. I called the reception, and after I asked for a code several times, they said that they would come up to the room. Once that happened, I showed the “pair to room” screen to the reception person and she started calling people and kept saying “prepare to room” (huh?) and “ไม่เคยเจอ”. Eventually, after standing in the door and waiting, being asked to connect to wifi and still seeing that it does not go anywhere, I said that I was just trying to have in-room dining. She started calling someone again and come back with talking something about premier league package and that I did not have it. Finally, my Thai girlfriend tired of that ridiculous interaction and clarified that we were looking for a restaurant menu. That was a “ah moment”, so the reception lady asked for a tiny paper given during check-in but it had only the app QR. So, then she turned on the TV and it turned out the hotel screen was hidden behind “chromecast” (imo not a guest friendly name) menu. Finally it showed some screen with QR codes, the reception lady said that the food menu was there and left. Upon the investigation it turned out that the QR codes are for the chromecast functionality but I still gave it a try. Turned out that the wifi connection I was told to establish using room number did not allow to enable chromecast and required a login using Onyx membership. “Forget the network” did not reset the authentication as well. Luckily, I had another phone and after enabling chromecast I saw that it did just allow to stream Youtube to the TV. At this point I walked down to the restaurant and placed the order without problem. Obviously, a better training is required for the reception staff. In-room dining requests should cause that much confusion. 此外，前台女士坚持一直说英语，尽管我不是英语母语者，而且我确信我有限的泰语沟通会比她自信满满的英语造成的完全误解要有效得多。

刚在阿玛瑞武里南酒店和布里克博克斯酒店度过了一个周末。服务非常棒，食物也美味极了。我每年这个时候都会来，从入住到退房都受到了无微不至的照顾。如果只表扬一位员工，那就太不公平了，因为在如此繁忙的周末，每个人都做得非常出色。
